LCD 2002 T7889 怎么玩

各位大侠帮帮忙。
今天拆到一块2002的lcd，上面有 T7889和T6961 两块驱动芯片，还有一片TC7660，谁玩过，有资料吗？

你应该去搜 rcm7052x

网上找不到资料啊，rcm7052也搜过，大都是不知道什么文的，连英文的都很少。看到两个英文的，好像和44780不兼容，看样子搞不定了。

英文原文：
I savaged a Rohm RCM7052X,2*20, with T7889, too.Guess from where: canon-fax.
This module has a 14 pin connector and i used the standart pinout for HD44780 compatibles without backlight to connect it to parallel port. The display "works" with the winamp plugins, which means that it shows garbage-chars, i can start and stop it and it shows the same garbage-chars again, sometimes scrowling, sometimes not.   
So I´ve  the same problem: I need the T7889 Datasheet or only char/commandset (it seems to be OK electrically) to modify the source of the plugin. I have had  no luck while searching trough chipdocs, Toshibas´homepage etc. Is this datasheet no longer available or am I a lamer? Where you so lucky to get the datasheet in the meantime

英文说可能是传真机屏幕，定制就不好玩了，放弃。

是20*2行字符，至于怎么玩，当然扔过来我玩，个人认为这个不带背光。

是不带背光的，14脚的。背光要另接。
    大侠好像玩过，能否指点一下。

没玩过，像是佳能传真机上的。有点好奇。
