[3AG1电路集锦] 单按键电子开关

使用CD4069 的单按键电子开关电路,前面有啊,你去看下84、85楼电路。
上电后IC1a 输出高电平、IC1b 的输出端为低电平,如果只是用来做高低电平控制用,后级阻抗大于10K,连场管都不需要接。

谢谢回复哈,两个图实验了下,不接LED负载电流22uA,期间怎么按也稳定,三哥的电路就是靠谱

保护板电路里带有滤波电容,所以前面那种两只三极管组成的单键电子开关电路会无法关闭,要用适合容性负载的电子开关电路。
由于负载电流很小,就不必再用PMOS场管作为开关管,把上面的568 楼电路改一下就可以了:

Q1、Q2组成模拟可控硅电路,上电后均处于截止状态,电源通过R4 、R5 给C1 充电,很短时间内C1 上的电压就会接近电源电压。
由于R4 、R5 的比例悬殊,所以在给C1 充电时R4 上的电压降不足以使Q1 导通。也不能使Q3 导通。

按下按钮开关后,C1 放电使Q2 导通,Q1 也随之导通,因为模拟可控硅具有强烈的正反馈,这个导通过程非常快速。
整个电路处于自锁导通状态,R4上的电压降也使Q3 处于导通状态,电子开关开启。

Q2 导通后,C1 上的电荷通过R5放电,短时间内就会放完。此时再次按下按钮开关,Q2 因为C1拉低基极偏压而截止,Q1、 Q3 也随之截止。这个过程也存在正反馈,截止动作很快。
